We supply business broadband - we don't try to be the cheapest in the industry, but our connections are reliable, and we provide our own technical support. So, if you do have a problem with your connection, you talk to us, not to a remote call centre where you speak to someone new every time you call.

There are speeds being quoted out there which are completely unobtainable, along with totally unrealistic installation dates, so you do need to be very careful when you are signing up for a new contract - we have had several clients promised a connection installation in 7 days when we know that BT are unable to work to that time frame. Presumably the idea being that clients needing the quickest possible connection will sign on the dotted line and be quite happy when a week down the line there is no sign of connection. "Sorry, we can't connect you for 14-21 days" is no good to anyone if they were promised a 7 day turnaround. We always check the potential speeds available for your CLI (telephone number) or Post Code before we place any order, to ensure the correct product is provided.
